If you've sent a referral to your friend, but they receive an error when they access the MOJU website, please note that your friend won't be able to access their unique discount code if they have already signed up to our Loyalty scheme or if they share the same IP address as you.

If this isn't the case and your friend continues to experience an error message, please contact us.

To save 30% on your next order, your friend needs to use their exclusive code on their first purchase. Please note that you will not receive your reward if your friend shares the same delivery or billing address as you.

If you’re still having issues with receiving your referral code once your friend has made their purchase, please contact us.
