Since day one, co-founders Rich and Charlie wanted to build a one-of-kind work culture from the inside out.

We’re all about helping to ignite people's mojo – and that all starts with our amazing CRU (that's our team, by the way), who bring the BOOM that goes into every bottle.

Whether it's through our weekly run club or the days we dedicate to supporting our social impact partners, there’s plenty to keep our energy levels high at MOJU.

Pay & reward: On top of your salary, pension contribution is up to 15% and you are eligible for the MOJU bonus scheme.

Generous time off: You get 28 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing by 2 days after your second year. After 4 years, take a fully paid 4-week sabbatical to go ignite your mojo and recharge.

Health cover: Private GP appointments and subsidies to cover medical costs, such as dental and physiotherapy.

Flexi-working: Flexible working hours, WFH days each week, and 4pm Friday finishes to kick-start the weekend. We care about the quality and on your output of your work, not how many hours you put in.
