TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE PROMOTER

The promoter is MOJU Ltd of 7 Tanners Yard, 1-3 Treadway Street, London, E2 6QB.

2. THE PROMOTION

The promotion is the MOJU Shake Shot Up give away promotion (Promotion). During the Promotion, MOJU will be giving away 10,000 shot glasses (Glasses), one with each purchase of a MOJU 500ml Dosing Bottle, subject to these terms and conditions (Terms).

3. HOW TO ENTER

The promotion will run from 01am on 22nd October 2020 to 11.59pm on 31 December 2020 (Closing Date) inclusive, subject to availability (see cl 4). All claims for Glasses shot must be received by the Promoter at mojudrinks.com/shakeshotup by no later than 11.59pm on the Closing Date. All claims received after the Closing Date will be automatically excluded. To claim your free Glass go to the website mojudrinks.com/shakeshotup
and submit the unique redemption code found [on the neck hanger attached to the bottle of MOJU purchased] and complete the details required on the online entry form, by the Closing Date. Redemption codes can only be used once and you may only claim one free Glass during the Promotion. Product purchase and internet access is necessary, but there is no charge to use the website. The Promoter will not be liable for claims not received, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or delayed for any reason. The Promoter will not accept claims that are: automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or The Promoter will not accept responsibility for redemption codes that are lost, mislaid or incomplete or for any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 4. AVAILABILITY OF GLASSES

There are 10,000 Glasses available. Once these Glasses have been claimed, the Promotion will end. There is no cash alternative. Delivery is free of charge, but please allow up to 4 weeks. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Glass to the address stated, but there will only be one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, the Glass will be disposed of and no alternative will be made available.

5. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. By entering a redemption code on the website, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and to claim a Glass. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible. There is a limit of one redemption code per person (email address) and per household. Redemption claims from multiple participants at the same household, or by one participant using different email and/or delivery addresses, will not be accepted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of receiving a Glass except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. DATA PROTECTION

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://mojudrinks.com/pages/terms-conditions-privacy-policy/#privacy.

8. GENERAL

These Terms prevail over any conflicting communications, including advertising or promotional materials relating to the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion or to change these Terms where it becomes necessary to do and will notifiy entrants as soon as possible. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Delivery can take up to 4 weeks. You will receive a delivery notification via email once your shot glass is on its way.

I’VE MISSED MY DELIVERY

There will only be one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, the shot glass will be disposed of.

WHEN DOES THE CAMPAIGN END?

You are able to claim your free shot glass after 11.59pm on 1st December 2020.

MY CODE WON’T WORK

DO I HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE?

We deliver to almost all residential or business addresses across the UK. However, due to current carrier restrictions we don't deliver to some parts of Aberdeen, Northern Ireland, Eire (Republic of Ireland), Argyll, Glasgow, Guernsey, Northern Highlands, Isle of Man, Arran, Argyll, Dundee and Orkney Shetland).
